The Upskilling Acrylic Nail Course at Glam Time Nail Studio on the Gold Coast is designed for nail technicians who already understand the basics of nails but want to advance their acrylic application, improve structure, and gain greater confidence when working with acrylic systems.
This training is delivered in person with one-on-one mentoring, ensuring personalised guidance so you can perfect your technique and elevate your professional results.

Course Structure
Day 1 – Professional Training
You will train directly with a Master Nail Artist, learning professional acrylic application techniques, product control, and salon-level nail structure. This session focuses on refining your existing skills and correcting technique where needed to help you produce stronger, more professional acrylic nails.
Day 2 & 3 – Model Practice Days
On day 2 & 3 you will bring in your own model to perform a full acrylic nail service. During this session, the Master Nail Artist will supervise, guide and support you, helping you refine your application, shaping, and finishing techniques while building confidence in your work.
Ongoing Mentoring & Additional Training
At Glam Time Nail School, we understand that developing confidence and mastering technique can take practice. For this reason, students have the option to book additional one-on-one mentoring sessions with the Master Nail Artist after completing the course.
These personalised sessions allow you to continue refining your skills, whether you would like support with improving your speed, perfecting your acrylic structure, troubleshooting application challenges, or practicing specific techniques.
Additional mentoring hours can be tailored to your individual needs and goals, ensuring you receive the guidance required to grow your confidence and produce beautiful, professional results. Additional training sessions are available by appointment and at an additional cost.
