Course Structure
Days 1 & 2 – Professional Training
Day one and day two focus on building strong foundational skills in acrylic, guiding students through professional product knowledge, correct product control, nail preparation, and safe application techniques. Students will learn how to structure strong, beautiful nails while developing confidence in their technique, ensuring they leave with the essential skills required to begin offering professional nail services.
Day 3 – Reverse Acrylic French Method
If you have selected the Reverse Acrylic French add-on, day three will be dedicated to learning this advanced technique. During this session, you will be taught how to perform this method and how to perfect the crisp smile line and structure required for this timeless, elegant style. Mastering this technique will allow you to offer clients a durable, high-end French finish that keeps them returning for beautifully sculpted, classic French nails.
Days 4 and 5 – Model Practice Days
Days four and five (or 3, 4 and 5 if you haven’t selected the Reverse Acrylic French Method add-on) are dedicated to hands-on model practice, where students will bring their own models and perform full acrylic nail services in a real salon-style environment. During these sessions, the master nail artist will closely supervise, guide, and support each student, providing personalized feedback to help refine their application, shaping, and finishing techniques. This practical experience is designed to build confidence, improve speed and precision, and allows students to apply professional skills they have learned while working with real clients.
Ongoing Mentoring & Additional Training
At Glam Time Nail School, we understand that developing confidence and mastering technique takes practice. For this reason, students have the option to book additional oneon-one mentoring sessions with the Master Nail Artist after completing the course. Additional mentoring hours can be tailored to your individual needs and goals, ensuring you receive the guidance required to grow your confidence and produce beautiful, professional results. Additional training sessions are available by appointment and at an additional cost.
